It may be noted that receipt of applications and fee by the Visa Center is for processing the application and is no commitment that the service would be eventually provided becauuse Consulate /Embassy may refuse to issue visa for certain reasons. Therefore, fee collected by IVAC is non refundable as it is only towards application processing.
